Parenting Skills that Promote Positive Mental Health

Drop-In Sessions are for parents and caregivers who are looking to strengthen their foundational parenting skills, address parenting challenges, learn how to 'bounce back' when faced with stress and anxiety, and support their child’s healthy social and emotional development.

In these series of workshops, caregivers will receive practical information, share parenting tips, and participate in discussion and reflection.

Mental Health & Resiliency Series

This FREE parenting series is for parents and caregivers who are looking to strengthen their family’s ability to ‘bounce back’ from life’s challenges. In these 90-minute introductory-level information sessions, you will learn strategies that can help you and your children learn to be more resilient in the face of stress and anxiety. As part of a 7-session series, parents are welcome to attend one session or join us each week.

S.E.E.D.S - Growing Parenting Skills

These free 90-minute Support, Education & Engagement Drop-In Sessions (SEEDS) are designed to help caregivers explore parenting strategies that support healthy relationships and child development. These interactive and educational workshops are designed to help parents cultivate the SEEDS of healthy relationships, strong child development, effective conflict resolution, and resilient families. As part of a 7-session series, parents are welcome to attend one session or join us each week.
